Our website is based on the content management system WordPress, which is installed locally on our server. The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is:
Initiative demokratische Arbeitszeitrechnung (IDA) e.V.

The purpose of processing is to enable cooperative production planning and the distribution of products based on working time performed through an app for working time accounting for collective enterprises and other organizations. The Initiative for Democratic Working Time Accounting (IDA) supports the development of this app to promote a transparent and solidarity-based economy for the participating enterprises and organizations. With the app, users can submit production plans, record working hours, manage them in the form of certificates, organize cross-company cooperation, and depict transparent, democratically controlled distribution processes.

The processing of data collected in the app is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract performance) for registered enterprises and their members. Alternatively, processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest), particularly for public relations related to the app. Where legal obligations exist, processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR. Data transmission between your devices and the server is encrypted via HTTPS (as shown in the URL). Personal data stored in the app will only be kept as long as necessary for the respective purposes or until you request deletion, provided no statutory retention obligations exist.

Data categories of the Working Time App:

  • Business data (e.g., name, email address, production plans, preliminary products)

  • Working time data (hours worked, certificates)

  • Transaction data (purchases, cooperation)

  • Log data (processing times, accounting approvals)

Recipients of collected data within the app system include other registered enterprises or organizations, the democratically legitimized accounting body, and publicly accessible data areas (for transparency purposes). Data processing is carried out exclusively by the association and its members. Data will only be passed on to third parties outside the project if required by law.
